Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

Both defective and non-defective items are eligible. Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Returns are accepted by mail. After approval, we provide a free return shipping label in the package instructions and do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges are available for eligible items.

We inspect the returned item and notify you of the decision. Once a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method within 10 days; your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
